Unprocessed food is GST-Free. All other items are quoted as a GST INCLUSIVE price.
DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
Orders will be dispatched between 14 to 21 working days from the time of ordering. Delivery times may be extended during peak periods. Please allow additional delivery time for orders to Tasmania and Western Australia due to quarantine procedures. Delivery charges will vary according to contents of the order. Please refer to the 'Shopping Guide' at time of ordering for details of applicable charges. Please note - to avoid delaying your order, we will amend incorrect delivery options selected unless advised otherwise. Charges on credit card statements will appear as Garlic Farm Sales.
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without any further notice. The price-list in our online and printed catalogues cancels all previous lists.
DESPATCH POLICY AND BACK ORDERS
When your order is placed and payment received, Garden Farm Sales will promptly send to you all items currently in stock. Any items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order and sent to you as soon as they become available. If any item you order is sold out or permanently unavailable, we will follow your instructions on whether you would like an alternative selection, a credit note or refund on the item.
SUBSTITUTES
If any variety is sold out, or not available anymore, we can substitute to the nearest or better variety upon receiving your instructions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns can be sent in their original condition to Garden Farm Sales, PO Box 243, MOOROOLBARK, VIC. 3138. Please include with your return: your name, address and your Reference/Invoice No. from the paperwork that accompanied your order. Also advise whether you require a refund or a replacement. Where a return qualifies under our Conditions of sale, you will be eligible for an immediate refund, while replacements will be sent immediately unless there is a stock problem, whereby you will be notified and given the choice of another replacement. Every effort is made to deliver sound healthy bulbs, so please contact us if there are any problems, as we are here to assist you. Our liability is however, limited to the value of the bulbs delivered. We recommend that you unpack your order on arrival, open the tops of the bags, and leave them in a well ventilated area. Try to ensure that the bulbs are not subject to sustained periods of high temperature and never store with fruit because of possible ethylene damage.
IMAGES
While we take great care in the realistic representation of our images, many variables such as climatic conditions may affect the precise appearance of each variety. Due to the nature of living products all pictures on this website are intended as a guide only as size and colours are subject to variation.
GUARANTEE
At Garden Farm Sales you can make a purchase with confidence. All our living merchandise is guaranteed to grow if our free growing guide instructions are followed. Any items that do not grow will be replaced, credited to your account or fully refunded.
CONDITIONS OF SALE Garlic Farm Sales does not warrant that any product descriptions or content contained in this Web site is accurate, current, reliable, complete or error-free. We warrant to the extent of the purchase price that bulbs and products sold are as described on the container within recognised physical tolerances. We give no other or further warranty, express or implied. If these conditions of sale are not acceptable, the purchaser should immediately return the goods unopened.
